Coming out of Honeydukes, Jackson sighed to himself and began to walk down the street, carrying a small box of chocolates. The village had been repaired after the attack, though it had taken a lot of hard work and some skillful sorcery. While he was happy that the village looked like it was supposed to again, it still didn't seem right; many villagers were now too frightened to leave their homes very much, and Hogsmeade had already suffered from the Seven by not attracting many visitors as it had done years ago. While it again looked like a village instead of old, burnt-down ruins, the image made Jackson feel sad.

As he continued his way down the street, he spotted an Order member, as well as a woman who recently joined up at his department again. He approached her casually, thinking that maybe it would do him some good to talk to a friend. "Hello, Tonks," he said. "Not trying to follow me, are you? Personally, I didn't think that they would let us off before midnight this evening." He had not yet noticed that she seemed to be upset about something.

"That's good, because I'd have to hex you if you were trying to follow me," said Jackson with a smirk. "I've just been to Honeydukes. I like to keep some sweets around..." He lowered his voice, not wanting to let any hear him discuss their headquarters. "You know," he said. "Around the 'house'." Speaking up again, he said, "We were out, so I just thought I'd stop by and pick something up.

"But what are you doing out here? With the amount of work I've been getting, I want to be in bed as quickly as possible. Aurors are bound to receive more assignments than me, so why don't you seem that tired? Is there some new energy potion I have heard of?"

At Tonks' question, Jackson chuckled lightly. "How do I find my job?" he repeated. "Well, at the moment, very busy and very tiring. It's been that way for the past several years now. I could do with a nice holiday, but I know with the amount of work that the Ministry has these days that no holidays are coming anytime soon." Jackson then stifled a yawn. He had been tired when he got out of bed that morning, he was tired when he bought a paper from the newsstand at the Ministry, and he had been tired ever since. "Don't get me wrong, though. I love my job; I love being able to work in the field. But still, it's been very tiring for awhile now. It wasn't near this bad when I started at the Ministry.

"What about you? As an ex-Auror, and a again-Auror, I'm sure you remember the more pleasant days at the beginning of your career?"

" i too love me job, Both as an auror and as a transfiguration professor, when i worked as one. As a professor, i was to teach students how to transfigure all the different protective ways. As an auror i protect others from danger. I actually do not mind being an auror back. My parents are also aurors. My dad is the office head for this department, my mom is also with me, Both of us are now more likely to call us Aurors of Hogwarts." Tonks gave out a little smile. "Yes ! My days were more pleasant when i started my job as an auror some years ago. I think i should not have come to Hogwarts as a Transfiguration Professor." she tucked her hands into the throb that she was wearing and turned to look at Jackson.

"There were so many arrogant little twerps when I was in school I made a vow that I would never become a school teacher. Jacskon laughed. "Kids got to you too, eh?" he said, smirking. "Go on, then. You can admit it. The only time I gossip is when I'm having my coffee at work the next morning."

Tonks, biting her lower lip."yes i reckon that's rigth. dealing with Marden and his followers are stressful but always on the job, but being a teacher is always busy but not always on the move. students who are late for lessons or missed some lessons, we have to teach them over and over again until the students understand. any way to tell you honestly, not all students liked my lesson, that was the reason for me to drop teaching. it's good, you didn't think of teaching. it is really very stressful." Tonks looked to Jackson's face and turned to look straight. " so tell me about being away from your family for very long? how do you feel? My Parents were aurors too, so i had been working with them for some cases." She then turned and looked to the ground, waiting for Jackson to return all the questions that she asked.
