Lindsey walked down the street of Hogsmead looking at all the shops. She was saving her money so today Lindsey was just window shopping. Her long hair flew
into her eyes as a gust of wind passed by her. She then came across some really cute pets in the window of a shop. She giggled when they looked at her. Little
did she know she was being watched and someone was coming close to her. Walking towards her.

Starbright was just walking from another visit with Mr. Green, when he saw a young girl giggling at pets. He normally would not have thought this odd, but
Starbright was qualified enough in the ministry, to know when something suspicious is happening. Scanning the street, he saw a man. Walking with hood up in all
black was not very normal in this kind of weather. The man was heading straight towards the girl. A little too fast for Jim's comfort. A cloak that long
could hide anything, a wand or knife maybe. Starbright started to think he was just being paranoid about the whole thing.
"Would it really hurt to find out though?", he asked himself. He considered going up to the girl and warning her, but that would scare the man away. It would be much easier to just follow and observe. He would keep close and step in when needed. Finally making up his mind, he pretended to be looking at the dragon livers on sell in a stall across the street. He slowly slid his wand up the sleeve of his robes. |

Jake shook Mr.Starbrights hand and watched from behind the counter as he went out the door onto the not so busy Main Street. Jake gathered up all the Sickles
he earned that day and put them into the black lockbox. He took the box back into the back and locked it up.
Walking back to the front he decided that enough as enough for the day. He closed up the secret room and told Artie good night. Jake then walked to the window and went to close the curtains, but something stopped him. He saw Mr.Starbright looking at dragon livers. That was funny, because Mr.Starbright didn't seem like the kind of man who bought dragon livers. Jake saw his sleve ruffle a little. What was that about? Looking up and down the street, Jake also saw Lindsey Potter. He remembered her from his time at Hogwarts. He couldn't be sure, but he thought they were in the same year, though not the same House. He also noticed the masked figure coming near her. Jake didn't like the look of this, so he just waited but he did close the curtains. He left enough space to be able to get a good look at Lindsey and the man.

Lindsey laughed as one of the kittens stuck out its pink tongue, but just as she was going to go into the store to purchase it; her eyes clouded over. Her
voice deepened before she said.
"The Muggles are in danger. Marsden's power against them rises. His blood boils as he awaits for the Shield to surface..." Her eyes then returned to normal but Lindsey was in a state of shock, Quickly she casted, "Expecto Patronum!" A silver Lioness shot out of the tip of her wand, It stared at her before she said,"Go tell Joseph and tell him to tell the TOE that I had a vision saying , "The Muggles are in danger. Marsden's power against them rises. His blood boils as he awaits for the Shield to surface...". Hurry! We have no time to spare. After the lioness darted off trying to get to Joseph, Lindsey turned around as she heard something in the distance. Her wand was in front of her. Her eyes widened when she saw that a man was coming close to her.

Mikhail had been tailing Lindsey the entire time while she was in the village, waiting for the perfect moment. He was about to reveal himself when her voice
deepened and she began to speak. Though his eyes widened in shock at what he was hearing, he was extremely pleased; they had obviously found the right girl,
and she was indeed gifted with the second sight. Mikhail knew that he could be expecting a substantial reward from Sir Marsden later that evening.
Lindsey's patronus didn't make it far. It had only traveled a few feet when Mikhail directed his wand toward the warning message, making it vanish in a wisp of silver vapor. Joseph Witchard would not receive word that they had the girl. At least, not yet. "Lindsey Potter," said Mikhail in his deep Russian accent. He said this right as she turned to face him. With his wand pointed directly at her chest, he reached up with his free hand and pulled his hood down. Judging by the expensive robes he was wearing and the leather glove over his left hand (both part of the uniform Marsden expected of all of his members), anyone would be able to immediately tell that he was a member of the Seven. "I have come to deliver you to Sir Daniel Marsden. Do not try anything foolish; my people have the village surrounded." As he was saying this, villagers all around were beginning to scream. There was a loud crack every few seconds, for people dressed the same way as Mikhail were apparating around the surrounding area, their wands at the ready.

Lindsey's eyes widened with fear when the man pointed his wand at her chest and said he was going to take her to Danial Mardson,"Never!" She spat
at him before her fear was masked by courage. Her wand was now facing the man before she shouted, "Sectumsempra!" Sending the spell towards the man,
Then after she noticed an overhang Lindsey sent a spell making it come crashing down hopefully hitting the man.

The next few seconds were a blur. The girl had gone into some sort of wicked trance and sent a silver figure, probably a patronus down the street. The cloaked
figure had suddenly destroyed the silvery figure. Finally. The man was making his move. Yelling a war cry of some sort, Starbright rushed towards the scene,
apparating every few steps. The girl had cast a couple spells at the man, and with a loud snap sound, there were suddenly several figures. The Seven. In the
area with wands drawn.
Jim was really freaking out now. He was just supposed to be a desk job kinda guy. He wasn't trained for fighting agents of darkness or whatever. He had to protect the girl though. Now concentrated on his task, he sent several spells spiraling towards the three closest Seven. One hit it's mark, putting the man into a furious rash, which soon developed into boils full of acid. A tricky spell. But it was worth the effort. The other two men had dodged the spell and sprinted towards him. He rolled one off his shoulder as the man attempted to tackle him to the ground. Gritting his teeth from the bruise on his arm, he was suddenly breathless from the impact of a bigger agent. On the ground and pinned, Starbright saw two options. Let the girl be kidnapped. Or do whatever it took not to let her be kidnapped. He chose number 2. Biting his teeth into the hand of the man, he jabbed the tip of his wand into the man's eye. Now screaming, the man was vulnerable, he quickly casted a full-body binding spell and moved on to the other Seven....

[OOC: Sorry about that! I don't know why I assumed he was writing about Mikhail.
]
Lionel Jeulit had been behind a nearby building, watching the scene unfold before him. He attempted to listen, as best he could, as the girl went rather stiff and from her mouth in a voice that was clearly not her own, she'd prophecized. He could not decipher it all, but watched steadily as she grew aware of a threat around her. His dark eyes flashed down the street where his wife was standing inconspicuously poised outside a shop. The scene quickly turned sour as the foolish girl, not heeding Mikhail's words, shot a spell towards him. "Stupefy!" Lionel thrust forward from the shadows as she made to escape, casting his spell towards her. He, like Mikhail, his wife, and the other members, weer cloaked in black, their wands all at the ready. He was certain they would be more than capable in handling this young girl. Then a man burst from a nearby shop with a crazed scream, throwing himself at members of their organization nearby, perched to attack or grow more involved if necessary. Lionel signaled for the others to take action, and soon the villagers were screaming in panic around them. "Relego!" he cast towards the crazed, disturbed man who now chose not to draw a wand but to physically attack, hoping it'd contact and blast the man away. Lionel darted across the street in an attempt to get his hands upon Lindsay Potter. "Petrificus totalus!" he shot at her in an attempt to freeze the girl in place. Spell after spell he hurled towards her. Some of the others they'd come with did the same, while others still attempted to defend against Starbright.

[OOC: Again, my apologies.]
Danielle Emilie stood in a dark corner, covered by her cloak and the shadows of the building which shielded her from the eyes of those on the street. She stared, unmoving, as the scene unfolded into a failed attempt on Mikhail's part to obtain the girl without making a disturbance or without the young girl's knowledge to what was happening. Never send a man to do a woman's job, she thought bitterly, briskly walking to aide them. She watched Lionel leap from his place, hexing bystanders back and throwing spells at the girl who was running away. Danielle remained subtle, pressing her wand to the backs of those she passed and whispering spells to make them fall out of her way, either petrified, asleep, stupefied, or otherwise. Just for fun she confunded a man who already seemed to be in a state of panicked confusion. The village grew hectic, women screaming and children fleeing the scene. Men began rushing forward, but only the stupid ones. Most knew better than to test the power of the Seven. The idiotic girl had brought their wrath upon her further by not cooperating. As the young girl attempted to defend herself from Mikhail, Danielle approached her severely, directing her wand for the girl's chest. "Imperio," she muttered beneath her cloak cooly. She had no qualms whatsoever about using an unforgivable curse. It was not the first time. "You will come with us," she demanded. If the spell had hit its mark, there would not be a fuss. The girl would not complain, she would oblige.

((OOC: Lionel and Danielle, you need to edit your post due to it being a form of God Modding. Jim's post didn't refer to a member by name; it could
have been a member of the Seven who is not played by someone (an 'extra' character, if you will), or a member of the Seven could have chosen to take on
the role as Jim's victim him/herself. With your posts, you have effectively (until you edit them) rendered Mikhail unable to participate much in this

Can these nitwits do anything right? Was the question in Dominique's mind after seeing the scene unfold. What would have been, no, should
have been a quiet capture was now an all out battle against this "good-doer" and the girl. Ah well, I hope they learn from this mistake when we
get back from the Seven Deaths...Me and Danny are going to have a little chat with these idiots. he thought while smirking at the thought of punishing
these fools.
He looked at the Seven members struggling with Starbright and lifted his wand and shot of a couple of inaudible Petrificus Totalus and kept on walking towards the girl. He straightened his clothing and turned to face Mikhail. "Can we just grab the girl and get out? We're making a bigger scene than intended." |

Starbright was still in an animal-like rage, swinging fists left and right, and charging spells off in every direction. He had never been a fighting person,
and this... Just wasn't him. He shrugged off the thought however, being knocked over the head by a man's elbow. He fixed his eyes on the man with the
eye patch by the girl, and started off at him, while dragging two of The Seven, who were grabbing onto his neck and arm.
Starbright was suddenly spun around by the force of a spell. Thwacked in the shoulder, he fell to the ground. His thoughts were slow and he couldn't move a single muscle. An enemy had also fallen from a misdirected spell. The man he was guessing had fired the spell was talking to the eye-patch man. He needed help..Quick. If only a TOE or HC member were here.. Heck, he'd even take an auror. Usually help would be on the way right now.. What's keeping them? |

Mikhail was defending himself fiercely, as any good Seven would do. When Dominique approached him, he had, for the moment, cleared everyone away from him.
However, a villager tried to grab him from behind right as Dominique began to speak. Reacting quickly with the skills and physical abilities he had acquired
from the Dojo station all those years ago, he quickly grabbed the man's arm and flipped him over on his back with all of his might. Before making his reply
to Mr. Roberts, Mikhail stamped his foot as hard as he could on the man's right hand, causing the man to scream in agony as his hand and fingers broke.
Having dealt with the foolish villager, Mikhail tried to think of how best to reply to Mr. Roberts' statement. Dominique Roberts was one of Marsden original six friends, and therefore was much higher in the Seven hierarchy than Mikhail. Frankly Mikhail was very frightened at the notion of correcting a superior such as him, but he also needed to explain himself. He began to speak, choosing his words very carefully. "'No longer will we lurk in the shadows,'" he said to Mr. Roberts, looking him in the eye. "Is that not what Sir Marsden told us mere hours ago when planning and coordinating this attack, sir? We don't have to hide anymore; we're more powerful than these people."

"Yes, Sir Marden did say that.....Very well, Mikhail, you're doing a good job... I.." He was cut off by a yell of a villager that was hurling himself at Dominique. As quick as a viper, Dominique reached into his coat jacket, pulled out his pistol and shot a few rounds into the man. The man convulsed in mid-air, as if hit by a Crucio charm, and landed right at Dominque's feet. He hlostered his favourite weapon and turned back to Mikhail as if nothing had happened. "As I was saying before we where interupted...You take care of the remaining villagers, and I'll take the girl to Marsden. And don't worry, I'll give you the credit you deserve." he said as truthfully as he could sound. He would give Mikhail credit for this capture, but he wanted to get it over with. He leaned in towards Mikhail's ear and said: "If you get anymore trouble from the village...burn it." |

Lindsey's eyes widened when more members of the Seven appeared and spells were being thrown at her. One spell got shot at her and she quickly put up a
shield and sent the spell flying back at the caster. Looking around before finding some time. Lindsey shouted,"Expecto Patronum!" and sent her
lioness off to Joseph telling it to warn him and tell the TOE what was happening. Right when Lindsey was going to send some more spells off she got it with the
impero curse. Her mind went black. She nodded her head to the woman, but her mind struggled to break free. The spell was strong. Stronger than she had ever
felt before. Grinding her teeth together Lindsey shouted, "NO!" Loudly before throwing off the curse. Her chest heaved as she came to her senses.
Find that it was the only way she then shouted, towards the man who had his wand pointed at her, and was the one that talked to her first,
"CRUCIO!" She casted hopefully hitting the man and being strong enough to get her time to run, and apperate away.

Jake Green was deeply surprised by the sudden attack. So surprised that he was stunned for a few moments. But those few moments were all that they needed.
There was now a fully-fledged battle raging outside. The shots of a gun broke him out of his stunned trance.
He sprinted out the door yelling "Heart Coalition!" He immediately shot stunning spells at the nearest Seven Member. He didn't stick around to see if they would hit him or not before he moved to the next.

It appeared that he had underestimated the child. No wonder Marsden wanted this Potter girl, she could be useful. Then she cast a Cruciatus Curse in his
direction. Obviusly she hadn't cast it to many times before since he easily side-stepped it and kept moving forward. "Now, now, no cruciatus curses
from you today, Ms. Potter... Did you know that's a one way ticket to Azkaban?" he asked playfully at the girl who was obviusly losing her strength.
"You have incredible willpower, my dear, but sadly that's not going to matter where your going...you see, when we're done with you, your going to
wish you where in Azkaban." he said and pulled out his wand and aimed it at her. "Petrificus Totalus!" he said while his wand faced the girl.

It was turning into one of the best battles Mikhail had ever been part of. Most of the villagers had ran for it (mainly women and a small amount of children),
but some of them were foolish enough to try and aid the Potter girl. Of course, due to the intelligence and combat skills Marsden required in order for someone
to be admitted to the Seven, all of the villagers were dropping like flies, and Mikhail was enjoying every minute of it. Once or twice, he considered in the
back of his mind to ask Sir Marsden for more assignments in the field.
Spells were firing in every direction. Mikhail managed to block most of the ones sent at him, though there were a few that had narrowly missed him. One villager in particular (a rather large man with a scruffy brown beard) was hit by the Killing Curse Mikhail sent at him after the man had ticked him off by trying to stun him. The curse lifted the man off of his feet and made him crash through the window of the nearest shop, causing a lot of noise as the glass shattered. As pleased as he was to make the kill, Mikhail knew it was time to end this; there work was clearly done, for the Ministry as well as Witchard would have no problem identifying the culprit of this attack. He turned his head to face Dominique, who was now closing in on Potter, as Mikhail himself continued to fight. "Get her out of here, sir!" he implored his superior. "We can't have her damaged!"

Lindsey was just about to fire another curse. When a full body binding curse hit her. She fell down hitting the ground hard from the force of the curse. She

Very good...Marsden will be pleased. Dominique thought as he observed the scen before him... This will atract Witchard's attention, and the
pitiful Ministry as well. Dominique never liked the Ministry... partly because they where too trusting and ignorant. But that has it's advantages
for us. He added to his thoughts.
He looked to the girl that he had in his hand. So this is the Seer that Danny wants? She looks like she just graduated from the school! A well, if Danny wants her, he'll get her. he thought to himself before looking around again, and then apparated with her to the Seven Deaths. |
