He then turned back to his conversation with Evolet. She asked if she could call him Will. He cleared his throat a bit. Evolet seemed to be a bit flirty with him...if he knew what every other girl acted like. "Yes...I'd actually prefer you call me Will." he replied a tad nervous.

Evolet smiled at his reaction before she could stop herself. It was not a bad reaction, anyways, to his reply, and it did amuse her just how easy it was to flirt...

Annette merely smiled slightly at Headmaster Witchard's comment. She truly was here for appearances' sake only and was not truly hungry. As another woman professor arrived, Annette watched her out of the corner of her eye as she reached for whatever dessert happened to be closest, not entirely sure she even planned to eat even a bite of it. Will walked in a little late for the feast, which was unusual for him. But over the break, he had gone on a walk-about as the Australians called. He walked through the Outback with only a canteen full of water, a knife and his wits. Thankfully he had survived and hadn't used magic, and it did help him find himself, as the myth goes. He very much liked it out there, alone, only him, his thoughts and the wild. He planned that he'd do it again in the Sahara Desert next break....
